TackTrac Microchip Money Back Guarantee

TackTrac, Inc. will reimburse the registered owner the purchase price of the microchip up to and no more than fifty dollars ($50) only if the following terms are met:

1. If any item is stolen and not returned to the registered owner within 90 days of the date of the police report.
2. The TackTrac microchip must be installed and purchased from TackTrac, or one of its authorized dealers.
3. The Item must be registered in the TackTrac Inc. database prior to the date of the police report.
4. A valid police report must be sent to TackTrac, Inc within 24 hours of the loss.
5. TackTrac Inc must be notified within 24 hours of the loss.

TackTrac is not responsible for recovery of the stolen item and is limited only to the reimbursement of the purchase price of the microchip under the terms above.
